BABY CORN AND MANGO IN SOY PULP

ELEMENTS:
3 green chillies cut length-wise
12 baby corns, cut length-wise into two
1 red pepper, cut into one-inch cubes
1tbsp soya pulp
2 mangoes, slice into 1 ½ inch cubes
2 tbsp grease
Salt and white pepper to tang.
PROCESS:
1. Heat up grease in a pan. Add green chillies and baby corn and toss for a minute.
2. Then add red and green peppers and toss for 30 seconds.
3. Presently blend in the soya pulp and toss for another 30 seconds.
4. Add the mangoes and alter the interest. Dish up instantly.

180g butter, spongy
3 eggs
110g castor sugar
110g refined flour
Brandy snap, Mascarpone cheese,

METHOD:
1. Thaw the dark chocolate with the aid of a double boiler.
2. Add spongy butter to the dissolve dark chocolate.
3. Take a little bowl and break the eggs in it. Add castor sugar to it.

5. Lastly, add the refined flour and combine it with hand.
6. Take a mould and apply butter inside it. Dust some refined flour to it too.
7. Put the blend in the mould. Cover it properly with a silver foil.

9. Take it out from the oven and de-mould the dessert.
10. Place it in a plate and decorate with brandy snap, Mascarpone cheese, mint leaves and cocoa powder.
11. Dish up this chocolate fondue with vanilla ice-cream.
