CHOCOLATE FONDUE
SERVES: 8
ELEMENTS:
180g dark chocolate
180g butter, spongy
3 eggs
110g castor sugar
110g refined flour
Brandy snap, Mascarpone cheese,
Mint leaves & cocoa powder for decorate.
METHOD:
1. Thaw the dark chocolate with the aid of a double boiler.
2. Add spongy butter to the dissolve dark chocolate.
3. Take a little bowl and break the eggs in it. Add castor sugar to it.
4. pound the blend with the aid of whip either clockwise or anti-clock wise
5. Lastly, add the refined flour and combine it with hand.
6. Take a mould and apply butter inside it. Dust some refined flour to it too.
7. Put the blend in the mould. Cover it properly with a silver foil.
8. Bake it for as a minimum 11 minutes in the oven.
9. Take it out from the oven and de-mould the dessert.
10. Place it in a plate and decorate with brandy snap, Mascarpone cheese, mint leaves and cocoa powder.
11. Dish up this chocolate fondue with vanilla ice-cream.
