SPLENDOR BEAUTY TIPS FOR WOMEN OVER 40

Hi dear people! Today’s generation people are very much conscious about their beauty. they won’t compromise with their make ups. Now a day’s women over 40 also show great interest in make ups. These beauty tips are ones you have seen or heard before but just haven’t taken action. Women over 40 become set with their style and consider it their own. Now is the age to update what you consider your look. And it’s time to add shine back into your hair. Do something about the skin that is dulling and the fine lines forming around the eyes.

What stage you are at will be the determining factor in just what needs to be done. If it’s just the hair, address that. If it’s the skin tackle that. If you are not showing any signs of aging you can still benefit from some updating and small changes. Clothing is easy and Tone down the colors to just one that pop. The more vibrant colors can make a paling complexion look even more so. Look to updating pieces in your wardrobe and accessories. Take the time to see if the items you wear truly fit the body you have.

Stand in front of your mirror. Do a complete review of how you dress. Is your hairstyle up to date? What age does your make up make you appear? Does the image before you match what is in your head? Bring to mind the confidence of a woman who has had moments of celebration and turmoil and is still standing. What would that woman wear because she is you.

We should look our beautiful best as much as possible. Presentable is not enough. You are sexy and vibrant. Women do not have much time for themselves so what they have has to count. The simplest way to get the best from what you have is to go to your favorite salon and let them know you are ready to update your style and look. Since they know you they will know what direction to move in.

Aging skin looses its dewy appearance and becomes dry. It should be treated with care. This is for skin on the face and body. Drink plenty of fluids each day to keep skin hydrated. When washing do not use hot water. Warm water only. It will not strip skin of its natural oils. Pat skin dry when done. No rubbing or scrubbing. Then apply moisturizer to seal in water. To remove dead skin cells exfoliate once a week.

The power of exercise is great. You not only feel good but you will look good. There is nothing like a healthy glow. 30 minutes of just walking a day, three times a week, will make a difference. If body parts are moving on you, add in some strength training twice a week. It will tone muscle and halt the slide.

A dated hairstyle will definitely age you. So will a dull color or intruding gray. Update your style. Look for a shoulder length or shorter cut. Use highlights to brighten dull hair. The same can sometimes be done with gray hair. Bangs are known to give a more youthful appearance as well.

The fine lines can be addressed by not making them as noticeable. Foundation should be lightweight so as not to define those lines. Powder needs to be used with a light hand as well. Light reflecting foundation works great. Lips should look soft and moist. Be sure to put a lip balm on before using lipstick. The point is to enhance your beauty. Bold colors are not needed and can be unflattering. With small changes you will look like a beautiful, polished woman.

Aging is unavoidable, though, the way we take care of ourselves can help us age gracefully. Hair removal, exercise, skin care, hairstyle and a trip to the hair salon can all help this process.
